Whether you are looking for open country roads or in-town adventure, London is home to many bike trails for all levels of experiences. The city has over 300 km of bike paths and lanes!
 
 Cycling is not only a great excuse to enjoy nature, but it helps build muscle 
and you’ll experience an aerobic workout that is easy on your joints while building bone density.
 
 Here are some bike trails to check out across London.
 
 Thames Valley Parkway
 
 Known as the backbone of commuter cyclings in London, this trail 
is around 40 km of off-street pathways that is shared with pedestrians. Enjoy a leisurely ride around town and stop at local businesses or resturants along the way.
 
 Springbank Park
 
 Step outside our building and enjoy a scenic ride through Springbank Park. There are plenty of gardens and rest stops - it’s a perfect place to bring your own lunch and enjoy the afternoon.
 
 Kilally Meadows
 
 This area has 11 km of biking trails along the Thames River. Enjoy the peace and quite of nature along this trail while enjoying butterflies, frogs, turtles and even white-tailed deer. The trail 
also has various native plants that add colour every season.
 
 Downtown Bike Loop
 
 This short 3 km bike loop 
offers cyclists the opportunity to explore downtown London. It is a mix of on-road, shared roads and odd-road paths.
 
 Meadowlily Woods
 
 Another cycling gem around the South Thames River. Bicycles are permitted only on multi-use pathways which are marked along the trail.
 
 Multi-day Bike Trips
